    hi
you are in 10th.....o let me make it clear to you that you cannot apply for IIT JEE...firstly there is nothing called IIT JEE from 2013.....it has been renamed as JEE advanced.....secondly the minimum age limit is 17yrs which you must not have reached till now...thirdly it requires academic qualification of +2 level....and must have atleast 80%....or above....
well with JEE in place.....there are two rounds of it.....only top 1.5 lak studentsof those qualifying the first round of JEE wil be eligible to sit in the next level of it....well the 12th marks will be taken into consideration so you better concentrate on you 11th and 12th now....and stop kidding tht you will appear for IIT JEE after 10th...its impossible....
    best of luck
