Your monthly salary will be starting with Rs9300 with maximum upto Rs34800 which is going to be increased by Rs4800

First case
It means 9,300/- will be the basic salary that you will be gettng.
You will Also get a grade pay of 4800/-
In addition to this you will be getting HRA,DA,TA and other allowances which will be a percentage of your basic salary or basic+grade pay
9,300-34,800 is the payscale band in which u are coming .
the same can be elaborated for the second case that you have mentioned.

Though this is not that difficult once you know the procedure. Lets take one example to understand this:

10,000 – 470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7-18240

Lets take it step by step:

1.Your initial salary will be 1000 Rs per month.
2.After one year, you will get an increment of 470 Rs every year for 6 years. So after first year, your salary will be 10000 + 470 = 10470 Rs per month. After second year, your salary will be 10470 + 470 = 10940 Rs per month and so on.
3.So after 6 years, your salary will become 12820 per month.
4.Then you will get an increment of 500 Rs per year for 3 years.
5.So after these 3 years, you salary will become 14320 Rs. per month
6.Then increment of 560 Rs per year for 7 years
7.After these 7 years, your salary will be 18240 Rs per month.

Rs.5200-20200+Grade
PayRs.2400/- (PB2)? Means
at joing u r given pay of aggigrate 5200 and acomodation and pf +df etc (during traing) after as experience increases it starts increase upto 20200 finally

It means that your salary will be in the range of Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 and on top of that grade pay of Rs 4800 will be given.Hence this figures dose not give you the exact salary but it gives you the range.So, in the first case salary will be in the range of Rs 14100 - Rs 39600 and in the second case salary will be in the range of Rs 7600 - Rs 22600. Hope it clarifies your doubt.

The pay scale Rs 9300-34800 shows that your starting basic pay will be RS 9300 and the highest basic pay in this pay scale is 34800. YOU WILL GET RS 4800 AS GRADE PAY. YOUR TAOTAL PAY WILL BE (FOR STRTERS)- 9300+51%DA+4800=9300+4743+4800.

pay scale 9300-34800+gradepay.4800.it means,if you have got job your salary will be 9300+34800+amount of grade pay.starting salary will be 9300+4800.total amount will be your salary.As when you will be older in the job your pay will increase till 34800+ grade pay

Its simply means that, your salary starts from 9300 and your maximum salary will be 34,800 and with your starting salary, you will get grade pay of 4800. So it means you will get total salary around 14,100.

generally there will be CTC(cost to company) .this is the annual package given at the time of your initial selection process.
this includes basic pay,and all allowances like house rent allowance,personal allowance,medical allowance,sundry expenses,miscellaneous ,provident fund details etc.....
this is not the amount you will get into your hands...
the amount you get into your hands will have some deductions like providentfund etc....

for eg read the scale 19500-200/2-19700-400/4-20100-450/6-20550.this scale indicates first u will receive rs 19500 then after 2 months increment of rs 200 u will receive rs 19700 then after 4 months u will receive rs 20100 with an increment of rs 400 and so on.....

That's very simple dear. The number before hiphen indicates the basic pay and it increases the amount that is mentioned after hiphen.
I will show you by an example. For ex: 10000-15000/-
That means your basic pay is 10000 and you have your hike upto 15000/-
