    How to pursue Ph.D. in PHARMACEUTICS(pharmacy) Abroad? What exams should be appeared for the same? What is the procedure to get admission in colleges abroad? What are the tution fees in different Universities Abroad?

    hi... a i am mandeep and i am going to complete my M.pharmacy dis year within 1 month. i want to go abroad for Ph.D. ,particularly in USA. Plz tell me , about whole of the procedure (when to contact a uni i.e. before or after scoring in GRE). one thing i also wants to mention here is, i cannot afford for the huge amount of tution fees of the universities in us.tell me in detail about the scholarship assistance in detail....thanks a lot........

    Pharmaceutics is the branch of medicine which deals with the manufacturing of tablets, capsules or any other dosage form from the active ingredients called the drug.

    Ph.d. in Pharmaceutics is a better career in Teaching as a professor or to work in industry.
    You can open your drug manufacturing company or factory in excise free zone like uttranchal.
    FOR studying Abroad you have to qualify GMAT, or other test.
    Or contact study centres of foreign univ. in INDIA.

    Tution fees will be much higher in universities abroad.
    it will be around $20,000-$25,000 US$.

    specific information on the GRE and TOEFL scores, academic records are required for the short listing of universities. however, as of now you may consider the following universities :

    University of Pittsburgh
    School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences

    University of Iowa
    College of Pharmacy, Division of Pharmaceutics

    Northeastern University
    Bouve College of Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy

    i think my friend the procedure is same everywhere..u have to have a masters degree in pharmacy to pursue you career in phd. or research..also in foreign u have to see wether they are asking for any nationality or so..and kindly check the imp dates in the university u are interestd in..
