    I back to say that I read Birla Shiksha Kendra In chittorgarh In class 8 and I want to prepare myself for IAS exam
    so, give me some tips in detail how to prepare for IAS exam

    and i want make this possible...
    i am in class 11 ans have chosen commerce maths as a subject.. will it be a good idea if i'll be a CA first and then IAS officer ??

    I appreciate your decision for the preparation of IAS Exams now.

    IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service.

    IAS is regarded as one of the most respectable and prestigious post in India. Every year lakhs of candidates apply for it and among them only few achieve this post.

    As you are in Class 8 now, so firstly you should pass your High School Board Exams.

    Then, you will have to pass your Intermediate Board Exams with good marks.

    After that, you will have to do Graduation from any stream in any Recognized University.

    Then, you will be eligible for IAS Exams when you will reach in Final Year of your Graduation.

    After completing Graduation, you can also appear for IAS Exams.

    You will have to clear three stages to crack IAS Exam:

    >> Preliminary Exam

    >> Mains Exam

    >> Personal Interview


    Actually, UPSC conducts Civil Services Exam every year for the post of IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.

    Try to get knowledge from everywhere ,where can you get

    IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service.

    Hello,

    I am impress from you ,that you have decided your Aim for your future .

    IAS is good choice ,for Better future .

    But for IAS preparation you have lot of time . You first concentrate on your study .

    Complete your Intermediate with good percentage marks from recognized board.

    After that complete your graduation in any stream from recognized university.

    UPSC conducts Civil Services Examination for IAS , IPS ,IFS. Post.

    For this exam you have graduate with atleast 50%.

    You have to face three exams under Civil service:

    Preliminary test

    Mains exam

    Personal Interview.

    Candidate age should be 21 to 30 years.

    Candidate must have citizenship of India.

    Physical standard should be perfect.

    General candidates can attempt 4 times , OBC for 7 times and No limit for SC ST.

    So, don't worry about preparation ,if you want to prepare yourself better than purchase books related exams ,and study it when you have free time.

    Yes , its a tough exam so preparation must be strong. Because only few are selected for IAS .

    First ofall you complete in your higher secondary education course.
    After you complete any one of bachelor degree from regaganized university.
    Then you apply the IAS Exams,
    thease exams are 3 stages you will complete thease 3 stages successfully.
    Agelimit for 21-30.

    Dear Friend,

    Yes you can apply for UPSC civil services exam.

    You should try these following things:

    1. Read "The Hindu" daily and thoroughly

    2. Revise all NCERT books from class 6th to class 12th

    3. Read India Year Book released by Govt. of India every year

    4. Read one magazine such as chronicle, yojna or frontline regularly

    5. Start with GS preparation, you can go through detailed syllabus for it

    6. Practice Quantitative Aptitude, it will help you at many places

    7. Select your Mains subject after preparing GS, because it will give you enough idea about all the subjects

    If you honestly do these things, you will be on the right track of your preparation.
