Re: How to prepare for IAS after 12th? What are the details of IAS entrance exam?

After 12th standard, you cannot apply for IAS exam. You should pursue a graduation from a recognized institute to meet the eligibility criteria. Once you finish the graduation program, you can apply for the test. Candidates need to pass the civil service exam. UPSC held this test. While applying the IAS test, the age must be not less than 21years and not over 30 years. Only Indian aspirants are qualified to apply. There are preliminary and main exam and interview. As it is a difficult test aspirants can go for coaching. Aspirants should have knowledge about current affairs. For more details, you can log into the website of UPSC.

    Dear,

Indian administrative services, is one of the most prestigious and powerful job in India. The entrance exam for IAS is conducted by UPSC, and the entrance exam for this is CSAT.
Candidates who have passed their graduation in any stream between the age group of 21 to 30 years are eligible to sit in this exam, maximum of 4 attempts are allowed to sit in the exam, so I would suggest you study hard select your subjects which you want to opt for the entrance test, have a 100% command on those subjects, along with this also prepare for interview as it requires sound mental awareness. As you have just passed your +2, you have enough time to have command on the entrance examination, so do not wait just start your preparation from today itself.
