    How my studies are relevant to banking profession? My qualifications are post graduation in Mass communication. To which post can I apply in banking sector?

    How my studies is relevant in banking profession?
    I have done Post graduation in Mass communication ( specialization in public relation and media management). how my studies can be relevant in banking profession? If yes than i should apply for which post? Is there any PRO post in banking line? please suggest.

    Hope you are doing well.

    The eligibility for bank jobs and banking exams are as follows:-

    1.FOR THE POST OF PO:-

    ->Educational qualification: Any degree from recognized university with minimum of 60% for general and 55% for reserved category or any PG degree from recognized university.

    ->Age criteria:

    Minimum: 20 years
    Maximum: 30 years

    This is true in case of candidates coming under general category.

    There is age relaxation for different reserved castes is as follows:-
    1. 3 years for OBC.
    2. 5 years for SC/ST.
    3. 10 years for PWD.

    2.FOR THE POST OF CLERK:-

    ->Educational qualification: 12th with 60% for general category and 55% for reserved category or any degree from recognized university.

    ->Age Criteria:

    -> Minimum: 18 years
    -> Maximum:28 years

    ->Age relaxation for reserved category candidates is as follows:
    1. 3 years for OBC.
    2. 5 years for SC/ST
    3. 10 years for PWD.

    ->In case of ibps po even for the clerk post you must have a degree.
    ->So if you satisfy these eligibility conditions you are eligible for a career in banking.
