    Hi you should have a
    1.good communication skills,
    2.a sound knowledge in a core subjects,
    3.should be strong in atleast basics and
    4.the certification courses help you to get into the MNC company jobs easily.

    microsoft certification like .NET technology which can really help you a lot in getting jobs in MNC's.Not only in MNC's but also in any other software companys it will be very usefull.

    There are many certification courses not only in .NET but also in JAVA,J2EE,etc

    To get job in good MNC you should have above 65% in 10th, 12th and Btech and more than 70% in Mtech. Also good communication skills and personality is required. Knowledge oe Subject is must.

    If you want to do job in MNC then you should have all these qualifications such as :-
    1]Above 70 % in 10 th
    2]12th should be passed with science stream and percentage should be above 75 %.
    3] You should have M.Tech degree and should be passed M.Tech with at least 60 %.
    After all these you should have all these talent also which are as follows :-
    1]Good communication skills
    2]Good sense of humour
    3]Have good confidence
    4]Have faith in your self
    5]have ability to short out the problems
    if you have all these thing then you can join MNC .

    dear,
    If you want to get MNC jobs then your overall percentage should
    be good.
    So from 10th to onward you should have good percentage. It should be 70% or above in all.After
    that your overall performance is considered.
    So please develop your personality.

    Dear friend,

    there are some different criteria for all the companies t enter for a job, approximate 60% is needed in the 10th, 12th, degree, and your PG.

    you have to good knowledge of your subject, because in the interview all the fundamental will be asked to you.

    you have good command on your communication and soft skills. by these feature you can impress your interviewer.

    you have to do the courses which provide the best certification to you like the sun certification for java etc.
