    This ARS/NET exam is conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board every year.

    The eligibility criteria for the ARS/NET exam is as follows:

    1)The minimum percentage required to be eligible for the entrance exam is 60% and the candidate must
    hold a degree of master's from any recognized university.

    2)Master’s degree or equivalent should be in the concerned subject with Specialization as defined, before the day of Prelim – ARS / NET Examination.

    3)A candidate must be an indian citizen.

    4)A candidate must have attained the age of 21 Years but not have attained the age of 32 Years as on 01 August, 2011.3 years of relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 years of relaxation for SC/ST candidates

    5)Service candidates of ICAR less than 45 Years in age as on 01 August, 2011 will also be eligible to appear provided he/she should be in the possession of prescribed qualifications

    for ARS/NET exam you must have completed graduation with 60% marks any recognized university.and then
    The application form can be send to the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New Delhi-110012, on the prescribed application form.
    The application form also can be downloading form the official website..............

    Indian Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR) conducts entrance exams for admission in Agricultural Universities .

    Exam Pattern ::The examination is done in three phases :

    Preliminary examination :: It will be of objective type only and duration of the examination is 2 hours 30 minutes and papers is of 200 marks .

    Main examination ::It will be of descriptive type and duration of the examination is 3 hours carrying 240 marks.

    Interview ::There is no time limit and is of 60 marks.

    Eligibility ::

    You must have master degree in the concerned fields .There is no percentage criteria
    You should be between 21 to 32 years year of age .

    Dear friend.
    Indian Council of Agricultural Research National Eligibility Test(ICAR-NET) is conducted by the Agricultural Scientists recruitment board(ASRB) for the post of lecturers, professors and the scientists in the various state level universities, SAU's and AU's.

    To be eligible for this exam one has to be a postgraduate with 60% marks from a recognised university. Also you should be 21 to 32 years of age on the 1st of August of writing the exam. Also there is an age relaxation of 3 years for OBC category and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

    The exam is conducted in three phases:
    1. Prelim exam
    2. Main exam
    3. Interview

    The notification for ARS NET exam has not been released till now. But Tentatively, the prelim exam is conducted in the month of mid september whereas, the main exam is conducted in the last week of August.
    After the Main exam clearence one has to present him/herself in front of the Interview board and afteq qualifying the interview one become eligible for the various posts in SAU's And AU's and state level universities.

    Indian Council of Agriculture Research Board conducted National Eligibility Test for post graduation candidate .Agriculture board classified exams in two categories :-

    1) Prelim - ARS/NET

    2) ARS Main exams

    After clearing Prelim NET examination then candidate called for ARS Main examination .

    If any candidate clear National Eligibility Test then will be eligible for the position of Assistant Professor and Lecturer in State Agriculture Universities.

    Percentage Criteria:- Candidate must completed post graduation with minimum 60% marks in any discipline from recognized University.

    Age Limit:- Candidate age limit should be in between 21 to 32 years .After this age limit criteria candidate are not eligible.

    Last date of submission application forms was 20 April,2011 .NET examination forms date already closed so,don't worry you can try next years.

    Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board conducts the ICAR ARS /NET for the recruitment of qualified professionals with in the state.
    you must have 60% in your PG course.
    Applying candidates have Master degree or equivalent in the concerned subjects with specillization as defined.

    Agriculture Scientist Recruitment Voard conducts the ICAR ARS/NET every year.

    National Elligibity Test open for the Post graduate recruitment for Lecturer post.

    To apply this exam you have to submit you application form to Agriculture Recruitment Board .


    Candidates must have Post graduation In any stream from recognized board . And you must have 60% marks in your PG .

    Candidate must have nationality of India.

    Candidate age should be to fill the form is 21 years and not maximum from 32 years.

    You will get Good job through NET exam.
