Your four year aggregate of engineering must be 70% . Roundoffs are not accepted.
Some universities have a 75% criterion.
You need previous year engg papers. There must be one availble at your citys book store.
They give compleate last ten years papers with solutions.

If you want to do Honours with computer science means Bachelor in computer Applications, it will be advisable to you to do it from a Govt. recognised institute or university for better career options with low fee structure.
There are many Govt. insitutes which offer this course and they conduct a Common Entrance Exam to select the candidates.
Critetia to Qualify for the exam may vary from institute to institue and depends upon the cut off marks they decide.
Generally marks above than 55% percent in 10+2 with science background is enough to qualify to sit for the exam somehow govt. institutes provide reservation facility for other class like SC and ST. Questions in exam would be asked from Maths, reasoning, computer fundamentals, general english.
many publications like Arihant, Upkar may help you out regarding previous year questions and their pattern.

Anyway if you don't have the time to prepare for the exam you can choose other study centres near to your home town affiliated by state or central govt. BCA by distance education is also an alternate option.

You haven't mentioned for which Institute/College/University you are asking for aggregate requirement. In India there are thousands of Universities and Colleges and each have its own aggregate requirement and other criteria, even tough if 10 colleges are affiliated to a single University all the 10 colleges may have different aggregate requirement. This because University will made rule that candidates having less then 50% aggregate will not be provided admission, now colleges are free to set there Marks or aggregate requirement according to there own will anything above 50%.

However, in general terms considering a average value if we mark out the eligibility criteria then it would be like this-

For B.sc (CS) candidate must have at least 60% in +2 along with 70% in CS and must have also studied Mathematics as one of the electives or main subject.

This is just a general and minimum assumption for any good college or University.

for example you take Anna university you should have scored 90% or above in last six semester's aggregate percentage to the degree with HONS ...

MINIMUM PERCENT NEEDED TO GET PLACED IN MNC'S IS 60.IF YOU WANNA IMPROVE YOURSELF TECHNICALLY WITH GOOD % THEN MINIMUM 80 IS MANDATORY. IT'S VERY SIMPLE TO GAIN 80% BEING CSE STREAM. ACCORDING TO THE GRADE SYSTEM OF GOVT. 75% MEANS YOU PASSED IN DISTINCTION.
