## As per the Rule of Andhra Pradesh State Government, if a person is Detained in any year due to lack of Academic Credits then there is no need to pay anything to the College or Government.


## But if the Candidate is detained for which he/she is whole sole responsible, then he has to pay the Tuition Fee for the remaining years which he supposed to study.


## For e.g, if the Person detained in IInd Year II nd Semester, then he/she must pay the Fee of IIIrd Year and IVth year's in order to get the Certificates.


## And remember, If the candidate is under Management Quota then he has to pay the Fee as he paid for Ist and IInd years.


## This Rule is followed by all the Colleges in Andhra Pradesh including the Colleges in Hyderabad.
