My dear friend, There are number of universities in U.P.. So first mention the name of University. Every University has Near about 600 seats in govt. college. Except it if you want to take admission in private college you can take easily.
for general category- 50% seats are there
For OBC- 27%
For SC & ST- 23% seats are available.

There are number of universities in U.P.. So first mention the name of University.you have not mentioned the name of college in which you get seats.

• But according to your question there are 20,500 vacant seats for B.ed alloted this year.
• But in order to get admitted is not an easy task you need to get good score in B.ed exam.
