2 NITs- there are approximately 30000 seats in all the NITs including new 10 NITs.

4 State level engineering-->in each state there are approximately 3000 to 4000 seats are available in engineering colleges.in Rajasthan there are 5000 seats are available.in UP more than 8000 seats are available.thus total 90000+ seats are available in govt engineering colleges at state level.
