There is no number of attempts limitation in MPSC exam.There is only limit in age.
The age details for UPSC services is
1.For general category 21 to 30 years.
2.For OBC category 21 to 33 years.
3.For SC/ST people 21 to 35 years.
4.For handicapped people 21 to 40 years.
So,until age requirement you can give the exams. The minimum required marks are 50% aggregate.Those who are eligible they can apply for this.The official website is www.upsc.gov.in
