    Hello Friend..........

    Now a Days Education is being the most pain full task to every students as they are not able to over come the stress and taking up serious when exams comes,till then they are being calm and not keeping more efforts and not reading well.So, every student of the school level and the graduation and the post graduation also should maintain the stress and complete the work up to dates........



    There are some tips in order to get out of the stress and the attain good marks in the education some of them needed to be followed are.....

    >>The first and Fore most thing needed to be managed is the Time which is the main thing to manage in order to get good ranks and manage stress
    Plan for the study ahead with good time management and plan and keep a time table for the study before the exams and manage the time,Break your course of study in to some parts and then complete your study by making the time table for reading
    >>Be organised by the time tables and the exam dates before only and maintain seriousness in the studies.
    >>Maintain your brain free of all other stoughs when you study concentrate only on the study environment and before you study you make your brain free and clean by listening to songs and make your brain free and then keep studying.......
    >>While studying imagine the study in the practical way and make your study so interesting while you study,then you can pay more time while you read and you can not forget if read once.....
    >>Develop the Studying efforts more optimized way and make your study so easy and then you can read with no efforts of study....
    >>Practice the Diagrammatic part and the Mathematical part which you need to practice while you study practice it well and then you cant forget it.........
    >>Get enough sleep while you read for the exams because with out the sleep if you go for the exams you can not attempt the exam even if you read well.........
    >>Learn More study skills and how to get good performance while you read and manage the time and develop more skills for reading and managing the time to complete the whole syllabus.........
    These are some of the tips to reduce the stress related to the Education............

    you can manage stress during studies by:
    playing indoor or outdoor games
    talking with friends
    watching tv
    meditation
    drink water
    hug someone,especially your parents
    eat healthy foods
    live with optimistic persons
    listein music

    look there are many ways out to keep up free from stress such as:
    1)go after daily for a walk whenever you feel tired of studies.
    2)always play outdoor games regularly because they help in keeping us mentally healthy.
    3)go for regular yoga exercises.
    4)make a routine of studies which you can follow easily.

    your Life can be stressful
    Stress yo may say, that should be taken very seriously, and even if the symptoms are partially is stress.
    There are many effect of stress on our body
    Mussel pain
    headache
    disturbance in sleeping
    nothingness
    Always angry
    lack of concentration
    Alcohol and drug abuse
    Medication abuse
    motivation





    How to manage stress

    Use positive self-talk
    need to get away from the stress surrounding you.
    Get enough andget into regular sleeping habits.
    sometime Left you alone with your own thoughts for a while.and think deeply what is going on.
    Daily exercise...
    if you like music Listen calm and soft music. It really gets you relaxed and happy. listening the music with no vocals and pick .
    lay in the bed Try to let your mind go blank.
    Be organised.
    Be Social
    find the things that put you under stress. Make sure you understand why you become stressed so that you can try to avoid these circumstances.
    stop worrying about the things that make you to go under stress.

    if you are feeling stressed while studying then i wil tel you some tips to control like..

    1.firstly you concentrate on the classes what your teachers are saying so that you can understand that and you can write on your own in exam

    2.attend the classes regularly

    3.dont be tensed while your exam time

    4.if you study your syllabus from starting day then you can surely write your exam wel and you dont feel tensed

    stress is nothing but some tension physically as well as mentally.

    there are so many kind of stress for several people.

    some types of stresses are listed as below--->>

    mental stress

    job related stress

    work stress

    study stress

    playing stress

    and many more of other kind are available.

    but some of the steps by which a student can decrease his stress are listed as below-->>



    1-->> sleep regularly

    2-->> try to do meditation atleast 30 minutes regularly.

    3-->> eat vitamins food and healthy foods.

    4-->> breath deeply

    5-->> do not work in a time limit

    6-->> give relax to your body when you are free

    7-->> during free time try creating a peaceful visualization

    and more are there

    Hello....if you feel the stress those are related to your study so the first option is to seek the help through your educational counselling center and the Stress management is the ability to maintain control when situations, people, and events make excessive demands. those are scientifc solution but in real life if you daily 2 hours do the study so stress are automaticaly gone automatically and you feel relax and get prepared for the midterm examination so if u regulary do the study so you can easily maintain the stress and at the last you will be found the best result of the exams.

    Hello dear now-a-days this is the main problem not only your even everyperson. Disease is only one but its means are diffrent-2. Now the question is on studies's strees. Then dear be cool and dont take burden of studies. Firstly check the whole syallabus and time in which you want to complete. Then distribute the syallabus into parts as per subject. Then make time table and read everyday as you prescribed. But dear plz dont pile-up the things. Good luck. Thankyou

    I think Your question is lacking fetch.If you wrote here some detail in your question in then it will be more easy to explain.Sine you are interested to study the subject which are stress full.So Before starting this subject I will advice you complete all your subjects in which you are feeling free to study.
    First you make a time table of your daily studies.Because having a time table is more good than not having a Time Table.I know It is quite difficult to follow the made plan.But try to follow this.At the last time you study this subject in which you don't feel free study.Try to study again and again that thing which you are not getting to understand.If you still face any problem in this thing than contact to your subject teacher ask help from them.They will help you in that particular topic.
    Always before sleeping try to Recall the every thing which you have studied today.And In the morning again recall that subject's topics which you have studied yesterday.By doing this regularly you can love this subject.And will score more than 40% from your earlier marks.

    STRESS NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED IN A PROPER WAY TO GET RELIEVED FROM
    DEPRESSIONS........
    TO MAINTAIN YOUR STRESS YOU NEED TO WORK CALM MINDED MANNER
    STRESS IF NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY CAN AFFECT YOUR STUDY VERY MUCH.

    FOR STUDYING PROPERLY BY MAINTAINING YOUR STRESS YOU NEED NOT TO STUDY
    FOR CONTINUOUS LONG HOURS BECAUSE IT CREATES A SOURCE OF IRRITATION ....

    FOR THIS ITS NECESSARY FOR YOU TO TAKE CONTINUOUS BREAK....
    AFTER A HOUR SO THAT IT DOES NOT CREATES TENSION....

    DONT CONSIDER STUDY AS BURDEN TAKE STUDY LIGHTLY...
    BUT ACCORDING TO ME STUDYING AT NIGHT HOURS IS QUITE EFFECTIVE...

    LISTEN MUSICS....
    DO YOGA....
    ALL THESE ACTIVITIES HELP YOU TO MANAGE YOUR STUDIES......

    My dear Friend,
    It is mostly seen that students get Stressed and Depressed from the studies.
    They basically Panic a lot from the Studies.


    So what is the reason behind it.........????

    The thing is that mostly the students which feel the stress of studies have a poor planning of Studies.

    How to Overcome this Problem..??

    What should be necessarily done to get rid of this problem is to plan well and accordingly.
    The needs and requirements of the subject should be clear.
    A proper time table and schedule should be followed.
    What is done in the class should be revised at home on a daily basis.
    Self practice and tests should be taken.
    Equal amount of time should be spent on each and every subject.
    Time devotion towards the study should be there.
    Recreation is necessary after long time studying so as to get rid of the Burden and Refresh the mind to concentrate towards the study.


    It is rightly said that:

    "PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT".

    So it all depends on you now.

    For students Education is mandatory so there are many institutions which keep stress on the students to complete their work and have many assignments but it is our way that how we take

    Be cool at your work and go on with your work carefully if you feel stressed then you are unable to do work or to study manage your time in self planner and keep up to date reading the syllabus

    If you read the syllabus for the months in less time then you will be feel stressed as the work will be more and you have to study more and burden will be more on you

    Stress causes many side effects so dont be stressed this can be harm your health once have a look here.....
