    How to join in IAF after completing B.E? What are the entrance exams for the same? When I need to apply for these entrances?

    I got into 2nd year BE now..i need to join IAF after my BE..which are the entrance exams for it??
    when i need to apply for those.??
    please do inform me about it..

    right now you are in 2 year BE so you need not to wory about your career from now because still you have got 2 more years to complete ,better try to get good marks and study well in your BE .You can try for Indian Airforce after completing your BE or in final year also.For Airforce and other defence services openings comes for graduate students for different branches ,so that time you can apply for the openings ,There are openings in the defence services every year .You better start checking the websites of Airforce after completing your 3 year,or the notification comes in employment news also.

    to join IAF first of all clear NDA entrance exam then you can join IAF....

    For entrance exam of IAF you need to check employment newspaper since forms will out twice in a year.

    go for traning for CDS exam they will teach u how to clear CDS and SSB than after every 6month there is form com on upsc.gov in

    Both male and female candidates can join Indian Air Force( Technical Branch) after their engineering (Btech and BE). Mainly there are two branches for which the student can apply for after his Btech or BE. The first one is Aeronautical Engineering Electronics branch and the other one is the Aeronautical Engineering Mechanical branch. The Electronics branch deals with signal and communication stuff while the Mechanical branch has to take care of the maintenance, servicing and other engine related tasks.

    Eligibility criteria for joining the Indian Air Force:

    Age:

    18 to 28 years (At the time of commencement of training)

    Branches in Btech / BE: Electronics,Tele-communication, Electrical, Electrical Communication, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Computer Science & Engineering

    Salary Range: approx. 17000 along with benefits and various allowances.

    Percentage in Btech / BE:

    60% or above

    Time for Recruitment Notice: Twice in a year (around March and September).

    Application Procedure:
    The detailed information is provided by the Employment News or Rozgar Samachar newspaper.

    WHAT ABOUT ENVIRONMENTAL ENGG BRANCH..? IS IT NOT INCLUDED..?
