Its good to have a PG rather than an UG degree.It will obviously provide yuou with a good salary.

What to do to join R & D ???

Today it is very important to do Masters degree to be in technical field.
Although jobs like call centre/BPO/KPO does not require any degree, but jobs in core pharma and biotech sector require one.
Rather now trend is shifting towards having PhD degree.
There are jobs after B.Pharma, but you will be considered as only graduate. Since you are not having any specialization, so package will not be good accordingly.
But after M.Pharma with specialization, you will get nice package.
There are good companies who pay around 5 lac per annum.
Biocon and Dr. Reddy labs are few of them

If u have completed b.pharm, then u will getgood jobs but with low salary when compared to m.pharm post.

if you want to get a job after B.Pharm you will get a job but with less salary. your salary will be upto 10,000 only. you will have to work in any pharamsuitical companies but you can not d any r&d and research work. if you want to do r&d work then you need to do M.Pharm. with M.Pharm you will get a job with high pay and you will find many oppurtunities.

Doing M.Pharm after B.Pharm is good for you as after doing M.Pharm you will get good job opportunity with good salary. Fopr doing M.Pharm you have to apper gpat exam which held all india basis . as per your rank you will be able to get good collages .some good m.pharm collages are

But if you go for M.Pharm then you may go for higher salary
this is a competitive world .so it is always better that you go for higher education
