How many percent have to keep to join in hotel management?

I have finished my first pu in science and i am not interested in pursuing in it further. I like commerce and have some interest in it. I am passionate about food and like to do hotel management course after twelfth. I am not sure whether i can pass in twelfth science. Should i take commerce from first pu again? I am ready to do it once again.
