    Dear friend,
    On campus Interview and off campus Interview basically same,but the difference is less number of student appear in the On Campus Interview so chances of get recruited is higher.

    But whenever a company comes to you college try to focus on the companies Interview pattern.Prepare 2 to 3 subjects for Interview and don't practice such such subject from where very difficult questions can be arise.So,prepare simple but relevant subjects to the company.

    When you appear in the Interview you should be dressed properly,should be shaved well,shoes should be polished.

    Never interrupt the Interviewer.Try to answer all the questions that you can,if you can't answer any question then just say that "I don't know"

    Follow the above instruction you will be recruited.

    Ans:

    ** Generally IT companies will follow two types of interview process to recruit freshers, they are ON CAMPUS, OFF CAMPUS

    **ON CAMPUS: Generally IT companies will visit particular college to hire students and those college students only eligible to participate in Interview process

    OFF CAMPUS : Generally IT companies are planning to hire students from some groups of colleges to hire students

    ** So obviously competition in OFF campus is more, more over less number of candidates will be hired in OFF CAMPUS, There may be less number of rounds in hiring process in ON CAMPUS

    ** To get recruited in ON CAMPUS, first you have to know structure of procedure then you will have some idea about how to crack

    ** In ON CAMPUS there are only 2 to 3 rounds in hiring process. They are 1.Written Test 2.Technical
    3.HR

    **Written Test has the following sectio0ns
    >>Aptitude
    >>Verbal& Non Verbal Reasoning
    >> General English
    >>Basic C language questions

    **Aptitude,Verbal& Non Verbal Reasoning follow the R.S Agarwal book

    ** For General English follow Barron's GRE book

    >>in Technical round questions are based on C will be asked for all branch students, in Some cases for non Computers students their core subjects can be asked

    >>HR round is very simple. Just be true every time in interview, Tell the straight answers, don't bother whether correct or not.

    ** I must say there is no much strategy to follow, just concentrate more on written test every thing will be fine if you have good communication skills after written test.

    ** Most of the companies will take 85% students who cleared written test, So written test is more important

    hello
    I think both BPO and IT companies will come in your college. so first of fall practice aptitude skills and then concentrate on technical skills.
    During IT campus placement they first keep aptitude and then technical interview. And addition with that you need to be good in communication
    skills as well. because your communication skills will decide your fate in the interview. As coming to BpO category, they will absorb your communication
    and voice versatality. so in every Interview you always concentrate more on resoning skills and communication skills.

    Hi dear,
    To get recruited through campus interviews is much more easier than the walk-in interviews.so it is better to excel in the campus interview only.

    Companies follows generally following process in a campus recruitment drive.
    1.written test
    2.group discussion(some companies do this)
    3.technical interview round
    4.hr interview round

    in the written test they generally ask questions from the following fields:
    aptitude or general mathematics
    reasoning(verbal or nonverbal)
    general english
    technical aptitude from c,c++,java.

    *the group discussion is done among the selected candidates to judge their presentability and ammunication skills after qualifying the written test in some companies.

    *and in the personal interview of technical type is there to judge your technical knowledge.

    *after that you will face the hr interview where they judge your loyalty and resonality.so first of all you should be yourself here.

    Generally IT campus do the campuses in two ways On and Off campuses.
    on campuses:This type of campus will conduct the recruitment test only for the colleges where they were go and conduct that college students are eligible for the exam.
    Off Campus:This type of campus any student who were complete the graduation are eligible for exam.
    • Written test
    • Group Discussion
    • Technical interview
    • HR
    [*]Interview[/LIST][/LIST]Written test:Generally all interview strategy is started from hear.In this usually give multiple choice questions with 60 questions with time limit and it will give cut off changed from the higher score due to this there is filtering of the no.of candidates.
    Group Discussion:This round is conducted to some companies only due to this there is high filtering of students.In this round candidate talking,eye contact,and leadership is observed by interviewer.
    Technical interview: In this round only technical questions are phased by the candidate.
    subjects related their course are encounter by the candidate.
    HR:In this round a interviewer test the spontaneity of candidate.
    Interview: Every candidate should maintain formal dress it gives good impression to the interviewer.

    Getting recruited through campus interviews is much more easier than the walk-in interviews. so it is better to excel in the campus interview only.
    Campus recruitment consists of 3 phase:
    written test
    general interview
    hr/management interview

    Written test is conducted online comprising of 3 Sections:
    1. verbal ability test (40 questions, 20 minutes)
    2. quantitative aptitude Test (32 questions, 40 minutes)
    3. Critical Reasoning (30 Minutes: 3 Analysis Paragraphs and 12 questions Relating them).
    4. Psychometric Test (150 Questions, 30 minutes: only if you Qualify in the above tests)

    Recommended books for written test:
    Verbal Ability - GRE BARRON’S 12th Edition & upward
    quantitative aptitude - r.s.agarwal
    reasoning - R.S.AGARWAL

    1.>Aptitude test.(Quantitative,Verbal & Non Verbal Reasoning,General English).

    2.>Technical round.(From your departmental subject).
