    Hi Friend...

    dude the CAT is the one of the masters of Business Administration recruitment for getting in to the B-schools this recruitment is mainly conducted.

    The CAT is the Common Admission Test for the graduates to enter in to the post graduate course of study in the business degree course and this CAT examination is mainly done for the candidates who had completed the graduation or the bachelors degree course of study in any of the departments of study and who wish to appear for the PG in MBA can wish to join in this MBA course in B- schools through the CAT scores only..

    This examination is conducted every year and candidates are short listed in the written test and the selected candidates in the written depending on the score are given the seat in B- schools.

    The syllabus will also be present for the CAT examination and the general syllabus or the course structure for CAT examination is..
    Verbal ability
    Quantitative mathematics
    Data Interpretation
    Logical Reasoning

    CAT is the exam written to Pursue MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and to become HR,Manager etc.

    As you have asked how to get prepared for CAT I say a minimum of 2 years hard work study will fetch you the success

    The main key points to be prepared for CAT is

    1. Know what the test paper consists of like what all sections we have and which section to answer first

    2. Plan your preparation after knowing your strengths start working on your weakness

    3. Maintain a regular Schedule (Time table) and follow it consistently

    4. Practice more and more number of times make yourself fast enough to answer as time matters

    5. You must have a plan for your answering strategy weather to which part of the paper you should give importance

    Eligibility Required

    -> A masters degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks/ with a Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
    Diploma holders cannot apply to this program unless they also possess a Bachelors degree.

    -> and if you have a reservation i.e., if you belong from a category of Sc/St then you must have a minimum percentage of 45%

    What does the CAT paper consists of

    Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) for the admission in MBA course.

    CAT exam conduct one time in a year .

    The minimum educational qualification required for CAT exam is graduation degree but your graduation marks must be above 50% .Marks relaxation is provide for SC/ST candidate.There is no age criteria.There is no limitation for CAT exams attempts so you can try it maximum times.
