to get admission in mechanical engineer you should have passed 12th in Physics chemistry and math.
there are 2 ways to get admission
    1) take exams of AIEEE, IITJEE or CET you will get good colleges or even IIT or NIT
    2) take direct admission through management quota in private colleges. you may have to give donations in good colleges.

first option is better. best of luck. I am a mechanical engineer too.

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING THEN THERE ARE TWO WAYS FIRST IS DIPLOMA AND SECOND IS +2 WITH MATH , CHEMISTRY , PHYSICS SUBJECTS . IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN +2 BASE THEN YOU APPLY FOR A.I.E.E.E EXAM AND IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN BASE OF DIPLOMA THEN YOU APPLY FOR L.E.E.T EXAM .
    GOOD LUCK

As you want to take admission in Mechanical Engineering, you need to appear for the National level Engineering Entrance tests like AIEEE,IIT-JEE.On the basis of your rank in these tests you will be assigned college. The higher rank you will score, the better college you will get. There is another option available for you if you don't want to apply for any Entrance test,You can apply for admission in Engineering on the basis of your marks in 12th.But for this you have to pay high donations to the college as you will get seat under Management quota. If you have done Diploma, then you are not eligible for AIEEE or IIT-JEE because the minimum educational requirement for these Entrance tests is 12th,but you can apply for Engineering admission on the basis of Lateral entry scheme. On the basis of Lateral entry scheme, you will directly get admission to second year of Engineering Degree but on the basis of AIEEE or IIT-JEE you will get admission to first year of B.tech.

hi dude to get admission in mechanical engineering firstly you have to complete 10+2 with any backlog`s and physics, chemistry, maths as your subjects. After that you need to write a engineering entrance test such as eamcet and get qualified in it with a good rank so it is a competitive exam you need to get a good score and rank to get into a good collage providing mechanical engineering in it .

top collages providing mechanical engineering are snist, jntu, cbit etc ....

Hello friend, eligibility for engineering:- educational qualification is 12th with above 60%marks. In 12th must have physics, chemistry and maths. Or you write all india engineering entrance exams. You get high marks means you get a seat under aieee. All the best

    Hello dear.
Every state has its own technical university and technical education board.
If you seeking admission in diploma in Mechanical engineering then you can get admission after matric in Technical education board.
or if you want to get admission in B.tech in Mechanical then you should apply with technical university of any state after completing 10+2 non-medical. and if you are interested on all India level then go through CET.AIEEE.

Since you want to take admission in Mechanical Engineering, you must have completed your 12th with PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Maths). Then you have to appear for the National level Engineering Entrance tests such as AIEEE,IIT-JEE or State level CET(Common Entrance Test). On the basis of your rank in these tests you will be assigned college. The higher rank you will score in the test, the better college you will get.If you don't want to appear for the Entrance tests then you can get seat through Management Quota by paying high donations to the college. But through Management seat you will not be able to get seat in reputed Engineering colleges. If you are a Diploma holder then you have to appear for the Lateral entry test of your state or for the University in which you want to get admission. But you will not be eligible for IIT-JEE,AIEEE or CET after completing your Diploma. On the basis of Lateral entry test you will directly get admission to second year of Engineering whereas on the basis of AIEEE,IIT-JEE,CET you will get admission in first year of B.tech.
