if you have completed your graduation then go in Hydrabad fof classes you can find nice environment related to GATE in Hydrabad because lot of student are preparing for the same there. so you can ger lot of information there from your friends which are preparing for the same. clear all the basis concept from basis book related to your branch initially.

Getting a seat in IIT through is easy until and unless you strive hard for it. Concentration should be come by own. No one will motivate you. If your are serious towards your goal then you can easily acheive good rank in GATE exam. Don't waste your time. Increase your study hours.

You can go abroad and can get offers from Premier Foreign Universities to do Ph.D and many research programmes.

Dear friend, loosing motivation is not the key to success. You should bring out all your positive energy to tackle the hurdle of GATE. For that you need an inspiration, you can discuss the situation with any of your friends , parents and teachers. Also read some inspiring books like "YOU CAN WIN " and watch some inspiring movies. Have some yoga and dhayan practice. You will surely gain ur drained confidence. Best of luck...........

Cracking GATE Examination is often considered as an uphill task, however it can be achieved with proper practice, concentration and hard work. So first of all, you need to have self belief and must have the confidence in achieving your goal. It would be great if you could go through some of the previous year question papers and also make it a habit to write down the important questions so that you can revise it later as the exams approach. At times, do spend some time doing something you are interested in so that it can reduce your stress to a great extent. Do share your knowledge with your friends who are preparing for this exam too. It can be of mutual help. So believe in yourself and work hard. You will definitely be successful in overcoming the examination and would be able to score well.

You are saying that you have lost all inspiration and motivation and asking for how to gain concentration for preparing for GATE:

1st solution: For gaining concentration: Practice regularly in the morning --- "focus on one thing for short duration like for 10 -15 minutes. continuously. This will increase your concentration power during studies".

2nd solution: See GATE syllabus and prepare a time table for your GATE study. You can utilize 3-4 hours daily for yr GATE study.

3rd solution: Collect as many GATE previous years question papers as you can.

4th solution: Practice and solve as many question paper as you can.

5th solution: Try to understand the fundamental things as clealy as you can. This makes your knowledge about that particular more clear.

6th solution: The important thing at last " never lose your confidence from yourself. This is you who can do anything if you do it with hard work . Nothing is impossible in life. Have positive thinking. You can clear GATE if you do it's prepartion with hard work and on time " .

7th solution : GATE questions is on the study you done during your engineering.So, clear your all doubts and topics of your engineering subjects. If you only have full and clear knowledge of your 4 year engineering the you can easily clear GATE.
