How freshers would get entry in Pharmaceutical Industries? I am looking for jobs in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Drug Regulatory Affairs & Production department.

Sir I have Completed My M.Pharma in Q.A. From Nagpur university.Actually I 'm Fresher I Don't have any experience in Pharma industries.I 'm hunting for jobs in either of Quality Assurance,Quality control,Drug Regulatory affairs,Production department.So my Question to you sir How would it be helpful for me to get job without any recommendations without any experience owing to fresher candidate with good attractive package in pharmaceutical industries????
