IAS Exam{Civil Service Exam} is Conducted by UPSC{Union Public Service Commission} every year in the month of May.

-Number of Permissible Attempts for IAS Civil Service Exam : 4 for General , 7 for OBC and Unlimited for SC/ST.




Application Procedure for IAS Exam:

Online application will have done in two parts as->

- Now click Part-1 Registration link, the application form will be open. After filling all detail when you submit this for then on next page. Print SBI Challan Form option will be there you can get print out of it by clicking this option. you can remit Fee(Rs. 50) as mentioned in Challan form at any SBI Branch. They give you a One copy of it through this Copy you can complete Part-2 registration. Where you have to upload you Photo & Signature....that all.

-> In Offline Mode, You can apply by using Physical Application Form available on designated post Head post office of your Town/City through out the country. The cost of this Application Form is of Rs. 30/- only. After filling this form send it to given address as mentioned in it....thats all.

whether we have to print name and date of birth in the photo

No you does not need to give any date of birth in the photo.The photo and the sign should be clear and less than 40kb and within the pixel limit specified by UPSC that you will get in the FAQ while applying for the exam.Your photos and sign should be clear and not hazy.

If I want the hall ticket print of previous UPSC exam which is done at 20 May 2012 Because my admit card are missed thats why i can't see my results on Internate without roll no then how will i find my results on Internate without Roll No.
