The selection of course must be based on your personnel interest.

    >>If you are good with accounts and like the subject, you may pursue CA.

    >>A chartered accoutant is a professional with the highest level of knowledge in accounting, auditing and taxation.

    >>Another course that could prove to be very good for individuals from commerce background is Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

    >>It is a professional course which deals in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Laws and Regulations and Allied Areas.

    >>Another professional course that you could pursue is CS(company secretary).

    >>The future prospect of this profession is also good and is also financially rewarding.

    >>You can always go for MBA which is in huge demand at present .

    >>Mastering in commerce or economics is also a good choice but you may find difficulty in getting a good job as per your qualification.

You can also do the job-oriented professional post-graduate diploma courses like:

    >>PGDM,

    >>MBA in finance,

Re: How to design my career after completing B.Com course?

You have mentioned that you have completed your higher secondary and are confused about deciding about the future course of
action. You have also mentioned that you have appeared for common proficiency test and you want to be a chartered accountant but you
appeared for the first stage and you did not qualified.

You have also mentioned that you want to pursue B.Com.In my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, you should firstly decide your goal in life.
Chartered accountancy can prove a very good option and can turn into a bright future. If you want to firstly complete your graduation then you should firstly go for that and then for the professional course.

    Dear friend,
After completing graduation in commerce stream (i.e. B.Com) you have many options available or open for you in the respective field or you can go for another fields.
But the main priority in this commerce stream is that you should have strong academic background means you should have passed with first division at graduate level.
You can pursue CA (Chartered Accountant) course for career as an accountant in accounts, audit, taxation, preparation of balance sheet of companies.
You can join this course from ICAI through an entrance exam which is conducted annually.
You can opt for the company secretary CS course for the career in big companies & firms.
While on the other hand you can do part-timr MBA course or regular after completing the B.com
You can pursue M.Com. for higher studies from a reputed institute or university like i.e. Delhi University, SMU, PTU, JNU, jamia-millia islamia, IGNOU, lovely professional university, RAI university, Amity university.
Good luck for your better future.
