    sleep comes in between theory classes can't concentrate tell me the ideas .

    You will have to rise interest in concern subject which teaching in class then first if interest rise then you can't sleep but if you don't concentrate your self then leave the class room for few minutes, drink a glass of water, make fresh your face with fresh water and then attend the class. Meditation and Yoga will also help to overcome this type of habit but above this interest in concern theory subject is important part to solve the issue.

    Hello Friend !!

    Few Tips to control Sleep during Theory Classes :




    --> Firstly, start writing what you are hearing, this makes you to perform an activity which is far from getting sleep.

    --> If you only listen to class, then this causes sleep as if the Lecturer is singing a song.

    --> And also, get more interest on the subjects. This brings anxiety about the depth of the subject and you will not get sleep.

    --> Drink water in between, when you feel you are sleepy.

    --> Wash your face before the Theory class is starting.

    --> Sit near to the Lecturer, this causes some fear that Lecturer might fire you for not active in the class and which makes you alert every second.

    Go through this to achieve control on your Sleep :

    Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) :

    This is a package of treatments that usually includes sleep restriction, stimulus control, cognitive therapy and relaxation techniques.

    Sleep restriction:

    Some people with insomnia may benefit from a sleep restriction programme that allows only a few hours of sleep during the night at first.
    Gradually, the time is increased until you achieve a more regular night's sleep.

    Stimulus control:

    This therapy rebuilds the association between the bedroom and sleep by limiting the amount of time that you spend awake in bed.
    “The environment can stimulate behaviour,” says Professor Morgan.

    Cognitive therapy:

    Thought-blocking therapies are used to reduce the anxiety about not falling asleep.

    “Cognitive therapy can help to break this vicious circle by teaching you a different way of worrying. Do your worrying at a different time, write down your fears, and discipline yourself not to worry about things around bedtime.”

    Relaxation therapy:

    There are specific effective techniques that can reduce or eliminate anxiety and body tension.
    As a result, the person's mind stops racing, the muscles relax, and restful sleep can follow.

    Hii friend.....
    it is the common problem in present world among the student....
    but following tips will really help you try it:::::---
    1.take a proper sleep of 6-8 hours.
    2.take 20-30 min yoga early in the morning
    3.make interest about the subject
    4.read the topic which will coming for the next class than u become intrested about the topic...........
    WORK OUT ON THIS THINGS......IT REALLY HELP U...

    To over come sleep in Theory Classes make an habit of Writing running note`s.

    To avoid getting sleep don't sit under the Fan.

    Try to answer what sir is asking in between the class.

    Don`t fell as if the Topic is not interested try to feel that its an interesting topic and try to Post Question about the Topic.

    I you feel sleepy then try to Drink so water.

    Do not lean on bench while the class is going on .

    To reduce this problem try to have a good sleep at night, because of not having good sleep at night you get sleep in Class.

    you have to wake up early in the morning.
    daily sleep before 10 o clock.
    and another thing is enjoy your theory classes when you enjoy it you can control sleep in your theory classes.

    your problem can be solved by taking proper food . you must take food containing enough nutrients. you need to stop eating unhealthy food and take fresh food .you should check your diet.make a habbit of taking green tea .as you are saying that theory classes are making you feel sleep , you need to pay more concentration . do meditation daily so that your concentration levels increase and can focus on your studies.

    well its really bad habbit..

    Try having some coffee before the boring class commences.

    You will not only drive away the sleep but also remain alert and ask questions and actively participate in the classroom to ensure that you are on top of your attention.

    If it's not possible to have coffee before the class, then, take a quick break to the washroom and splash some water on your face and have a chewing gum and return to the class.

    you can take coffee in break fast also.


    OR

    Try to sleep proper at night..and this is really necessary.

    Before class or during free time chat funny with friennds which makes you laugh really hard so you will feel fresh....

    hai friend,
    i can only share my ideas to overcome your problem.you feel sleepy because you may just listen the lecture.you have to keep your hand working in theory classes by taking lecture notes.and sleep proper on night atleast for 7 hours a day.and try to wake up in early morning and keep studying the daily portions.and don't sleep day time on the weekends.by doing these practise quite more you can improve your performance in your class

    TO AVOID SLEEP HABITS DURING CLASS FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING TIPS:
    1.TEKE A GOOD SLEEP AT PREVIOUS NIGHT,MAINTAIN A PROPER TIME TABLE

    2.DRINK WATER IF YOU ARE FEELING SLEEPY DURING LECTURES
    3.TRY TO TAKE INTEREST IN THE CONCERNED PAPER IN WHICH YOU ARE FEELING SLEEPY,DO NOT AVOID THAT PAPER,WHEN YOU WILL STARTED TAKING INTEREST THEN AUTOMATICALLY YOU WILL REDUCE YOUR SLEEPING HABITS
    4.IF YOU ARE FEELING SLEEPY THEN GO FOR A WALK AND WASH YOUR FACE WITH WATER.

    >While you are in theory classes however the class is please note down the points so that both your hands and mind will be working so you can concentrate very well.....

    hey,you can easily overcome this habit by doing following things daily:-
    1.take proper rest at night.
    2.concentrate on teacher's lecture and ask questions.
    3.do your work at home.
    4.make notes in class this will help you concentrate on lecture.
    5.take interest in that subject in which you are thinking that you feel sleepy.
    by following these steps you will definitely overcome from your habit.
