    Dear friend.
ICWAI is a leading institute of India providing the accountancy course with cost and works specialisation to all the students both through the correspondence and the oral coaching. The institute provides the courses at three levels:
    1. foundation course: This course is accessible for the 12th passed or appearing candidates in any discipline.
This level can be exempted if you are graduate or an engineer or a gezzetted officer.
    2. Intermediate course:This course is for the graduated candidates in any discipline or engineers or a gazzeted officers. This is the last chance and the final chance to get into the ICWAI course.
    3. Final course: It is the last step towards the course followed by the sessionals and the computer training along with TTI hours.

since as per your question you are an intermediate that means you have passed or apperaing in the 12th class so you can go for and get registered for the foundation course.
The course consist of only theoritical exams. There are 6 subjects that are needed to be studied through 4papers of 100 marks each.
    *organisation and management fundamentals
    *finance accounting fundamentals
    *economics and business fundamentals
*basic maths and statistics comprising of the arithmatics, algebra, mensuration and elementary stats.

you have to get atleast 40% in each exam and an aggregate of 50% in one sitting to clear the exams and the foundation course and get into the intermediate course.
But before giving the exams you have to take up coaching and the institute has made it mandatory to take up either postal or oral coaching before the exams.
the registration can be done at the regional heads or the chapters of ICWAI by obtaining a prospectus for 200/-
The postal coaching charges is 3500/-
The oral coaching charges are 3500/-
The oral coaching is done at various regional chapters across India.
