Well those people who go for engineering colleges they have to give joint entrance examinations most definitely. So also I am assuming that you sat for those examinations. Now after the results are out, you need to check what rank you have obtained. Then within a few days if you check the official website of the joint entrance organization, then you will see that they have published the day and time for the counseling procedure of different rank holders. Now you being a rank holder have to check on which date your rank is been given a chance. Then on that date you have to go for counseling procedure. In the counseling procedure, check the colleges that are empty by the time your turn comes. Then on the spot you have to decide among those vacant college which college will best suit you. This is the procedure you will come to know about vacant colleges in Chennai or in other city.

the vacant seat availability is show by the those which are conduct the state university which is conduct the exam through which all the students are apply for the pre engineering exams . now what you have to do is that regularly check the website of those university which conduct your pre engineering exams but there is a one condition is that the management seat is allotted by the college own means they have the right to allotted the management seat without the permission of the university so have to also check the website of the private college also.
