To get into teaching field you can go for M.Tech in your stream.Doing this will provide you with a job in top-most colleges in India with a very healthy salary.
You can even work as an asst-lecturer in Junior colleges and Science colleges with our current qualification. You will get a low salary of around 12 to 25 thousand per month.

After B'tech in IT , in order to get into Teaching Field you should get into Post Graduation Courses .

You can get into the following two fields :

    M'tech &
    B.Ed .

M'tech stands for Master of Technologies .

This is 2years Post Graduation which is done after successive completion of B.Tech .
This degree is beneficial if and only if you are certified from great universities like IITs .

B.Ed stands for Bachelor of Educations .

This is also lasts for 2yrs which can be pursued after the Graduation .

~ After any of these two courses gets complete then you can get into Teaching Field directly .

~ You can teach for all the Graduates .

~ And your Starting pay will be 18,000/- to 26,000/- per month .

    Good lUck !!!!1

    Hello,

If you want to go for Teaching Field then you must be completed M.Tech course then only you will be having chance to get good opportunities in the teaching filed. If you want to apply for M.Tech Course then you must be qualified in GATE entrance exam.If you want to apply for GATE entrance exam then you must be completed Engineering course with at least 50% of marks and If you are belonging to SC and ST categories then 455 of marks are enough. If you do M.Tech from institutes like NIT,IITs etc..then you will be having chance to get good packages in the teaching field. If you complete Ph.D Then you will be having chance to get good packages in the top ranked Universities. If you go for teaching through B.Tech course, you will get opportunities in the Engineering colleges but you will get less packages But if you do M.Tech course then you will be having chance get good packages in the top Universities. In Teaching field you will be having not that much chances to get huge packages. But Teaching field is very safety job when compare to all the other jobs and it is a risk-free job.So try to do M.Tech from NITs or IITs then only you are having chance to get good opportunities in the top universities.
