On the basis of 10th class you can apply for the diploma entrance exam when you will clear then on the basis of your rank you will be allotted a college. Only then you can do diploma courses.

Go for Lateral Entry scheme,
You have to write a entrance exam like E-CET and have to score a good rank so that you may find a good college seat.
after counseling you will be directly placed in 2nd year of B TECH.

As you want admission in Diploma,you need to appear for the JET(Joint Entrance Test ) of your state.
For appearing in the test you must have cleared your 10th standard.
On the basis of your rank in the test you will be assigned college.
The higher rank you will score,the better college you will get.
You can take help of various books for JET like JET refresher course,JET sample papers etc.
These books will provide you proper method of giving the test.
If you manged to get a good rank in the test,you will be eligible for admission to reputed colleges of your state.

Thank you for your answer. As per govt new cercular rule one who completed ITI & PUC 2nd year science, with the CET entrence test they can get direct admission to 2nd year diploma (for regular students)

After completion of your diploma you have the 2 choices.You can go for
-B.Tech
-B.E

you can go for B.Tech through the Lateral schema.Through this lateral schema you can directly enter into the B.Tech 2nd year.

You can go for B.E through the ECET exam.

you want admission in diploma directly 2nd year,then you complete ITI OR VOCATIONAL
other wise it is not possible ,
or you go on 10th base ,you complete 10th ,then you write CEEP entrance exam ,you can admission in diploma college.

Yes.you can do external course in diploma electrical.
There are many institute provide this type of distance learning cource in which you can get admission and complete your diploma in electrical.
Then after you can do B.tech in electrical and complete your graduation in electrical engineering.
To get admission in B.tech ,you have to get good marks in diploma exams.
After completion of B.tech ,you can do also higher study like MBA,M.tech(electrical) etc.
