Qualifications:
1.Master's Degree in Science Subjects, Mathematics or Psychology with 1st class.
2.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 1st class.
3.Experience of at least 3 years for Scientist 'C', 7 years for Scientist 'D', 10 years for Scientist 'E', 13 years for Scientist 'F' and 15 years for Scientist 'G' in research/ design/ development or production in the required area.
4.Knowledge of Chinese, French, German, Japanese or Russian.
Age Limit:
1. For Scientist `B': not exceeding 28 years
2. For Scientist `C': not exceeding 35 years
3. For Scientist `D' and Scientist 'E': not exceeding 45 years
4. For Scientist 'F' and 'G': not exceeding 50 years.
NOTE:The age relaxable upto 5 years for Tribe and 3 years for OBC.
Exam Pattern of DRDO-SET :
>>>Questions consist of two sections these are Section A: 100 questions to test your knowledge in the technical. Section B: 50 questions to test your aptitude relevant to Applied Research & Development.Forms generally available in December every year.
