    You are not eligible for PO exam because you are still pursuing for graduation but once you complete it you will be eligible for po exam.
    But for now you can apply for clerk exam.Because minimum qualification is 12th passed with at least 60%.
    Soon IBPS will again announce for the clerk exam

    No, You can't Apply in 3rd year of your Engineering , but during Final Year you can Apply for it so good luck with that if your preparation would be up to mark no one can snatch your chance .

    You are Eligible for Both Clerical and PO/MT post that depends on your graduation percentage you secure .

    Eligibility for the examination ::

    Your age should be minimum 20 years and not more then 30 years.There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students in upper age limit .For SC/ST its a 5 years and for OBC its a 3 years .
    You must have a degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

    Pattern of the examination ::There will be written test which will be objective as well as subjective .The objective question papers will be based on ::

    Sorry,You are not eligible to apply for IBPS PO Examination.IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for both PO position and Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.Once go through following eligibility criteria;

    >>For clerical cadre position,then you must be having at least 55% of marks from your Intermediate from recognized board.Your age should be between 18 to 28 yrs.

    you can not apply for the examination as you are in B.Tech 3rd year.it comes under the under graduate degree program and you should complete the bachelor degree or any Graduation course in any discipline in order to appear for the PO/Management Trainee Examination......

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection IBPS Conducts the examination every year for the selection of candidates in to various 19 public sector banks and IBPS Conducts examination of the Clerical and PO's and you should qualify in the examination in order to get selected for one of the 19 banks......
    There are some required eligibility criteria and the examination pattern needed to be followed in order to appear for the examination......

    Eligibility criteria for clerical:
    >>You need to have attained the age of 18 years and should not exceed the age of 28 years...

    No....you are not eligible for IBPS examination...

    IBPS stands for Institute for banking personnel selection.IBPS should conducts the IBPS exam separately for bank PO and clerk.

    Eligibility for clerk:


    You have to complete the intermediate from any recognized board.
    Your age should in between 18-28 years.The upper age limit will be applicable for ST/SC/OBC candidates.
    You have the basic knowledge on computers.


    Eligibility for PO:


    You must complete the graduation from any recognized university.
    Your age should in between the 21-30 years.
    You must have the good communication skills.



    Now you can go for IBPS clerk only.....

    IBPS is an autonomous body and conduct the common written examination for the post of PROBATIONARY OFFICER/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE, CLERICAL AND SPECIALIST OFFFICER for 19 Public sector Banks.

    The List of 19 banks are:

    Candidate who will appear for CWE will be able to check their result. And the score card will be issued only to the candidate who secure cutoff marks. And the score card will be valid for 1 year.

    Sorry to say that final year student are not applicable for IBPS PO exam .

    But you are applicable for IBPS Clerk Exam if you fulfill the below given criteria .

    If you have completed 10th standard with above 60% marks OR if you have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks then you are applicable for IBPS CLERK Exam.


    Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for reserved category.

    If you have graduation degree then you are applicable for IBPS PO Exam because IBPS PO not require any percentage marks .


    Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.

    Eligibility for IBPS PO's :

    You should have a degree(Without backlogs),which is recognized by government of India

    Your age must be between 20-30 years for general category
    For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation
    For BC relaxation set as 3 years
    For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years

    IBPS Pattern and Syllabus:

    IBPS will organize a Common written examination(CWE) comprising Objective and Descriptive papers.
    Objective section carries 225 marks and should be completed in 150 minutes(1 1/2 hrs).
    The 250 questions in this section will include::
    - Verbal/Numeric Reasoning
    - General English
    - Questions related to Banking/Insurance/Investment sector,vomputers and typical quantitative aptitude.
    The Descriptive section (60 minute) will analyze the English writing caliber of You,and it carries 25 marks.

    Test of Reasoning:

    This section consists of verbal and non-verbal questions. It will have questions from

    Analogies, visual memory, figure classification, relationship concepts, judgment, similarities, number series, differences etc. It will also focus on students abilities to solve abstract ideas, arithmetical computation etc.

    Test of English Language:

    In this section candidates knowledge in English would be tested. There will questions based on grammar, sentence correction, opposites, usage, synonyms, comprehension etc

    Test of Numerical Ability:

    This area is mainly based on arithmetical problems, fractions, decimals, whole numbers etc. It will not deal with any complicated arithmetical problems.

    Test of General Knowledge and General Awareness:

    This section aims on your aptitude and accuracy.
    You have to mainly deal with questions related to differences and similarities between figures, numbers or names.
    It will also cover topics like abbreviations, filing, indexing etc.
