hi,
If you want to change your date of birth,
Please choose the 'EDIT' option to correct the details. Please note that you can use the Edit facility only after 2 days of Registration date and can modify details only upto 3 times. If you have used 3 chances for corrections, please reapply before the closure of Application Date as per advertisement.
after "Date of Closure for Edit" you cannot edit yor form .

Note: Please remember to take fresh print out after modifying any details.

By default my DOB mentioned is not correct. Is there any way to change the wrongly mentioned Date of Birth after receiving the score card? I tried calling 02229687111 several times but no one pick up the phone. Please advice what to do...
