you can become teacher after B.Sc (botany)
you can do B.ED (2 years) for teacher profession
you may also go for post graduate degree and then do Ph.D (botany) and can be professor
there are your exams conducted for govt teacher you may also choose from there also.

There are man courses that you can do after your B.sc

You can do Masters in any of the subject and start preparing for NET/SLET and become lecturer in any of the college in India.

If you do not want to do masters then you can go for B.ed Course and become a teacher and start your career.

You can work for any cement company or any production company as a chemist job.

You can also prepare for govt. exam like bank, SSC and start your career.

Higher exam preparation is also an option like IAS, IPS AND IFS.

You can do MBA and start your career as a manager in any of the field you wanted to get in.

These are the option available in front of you.

Now answer to your second question is that you can do masters in any other subject after B.SC so if you want to go with that then also you can go.

If you are interested in teaching you can pursue your master's in (botany)and than sit for NET exam for lectureship conducted jointly by CSIR-UGC. These exams are conducted twice a year in June and December.

You can also prepare for State Eligibility Test {SET} for lectureship conducted by various states.

Apart from this you can do Mphil/Phd after your PG in (botany). If interested in school level teaching you can B.ED now.

*) First thank you to choose this profession.

*) For teacher profession, You should B.Ed (2 years).

*) The B.Ed qualification is for teacher in elementary school and high school.

*) If you go for M.Ed (1 year), You can become professor in college.

*) Choose your qualification as per your wish.

its depend for which and upto which classes you want to teach ,for example

1)for BSC ,YOU CAN teach up to primary section i.e up to 5th class as a fresher.once you get experience,you can teach higher classes also.

2)if you do BSC with b.ed,then starting class only you can teach to higher class

3)if you msc,same as bsc with b.ed,ONCE GOT EXPERIENCE THEN YOU TAKE up To DEGREE,OR MSC ALSO

4)for PH.D ,you can become a professor.

**IN THE PRESENT SITUATION,THEY WANT B.ED PASSED OR MSC PASSED.

SO better to pursue b.ed or msc first..
