In order to become an RTO, you should attend a written examination. RTO stands for Regional Transport Officer and the exam for the recruitment to post is conducted by PSC. This exam is mainly conducted for 3 posts Clerical post, judicial post and Assistant Engineer post. The qualifications and eligibility criteria for each post vary. As per the above mentioned qualification of yours, you are eligible to apply for the clerical post. The minimum qualification required for this post is a 12th class. The upper age limit for this post is 37 years. Another major criterion for this post is that one should be proficient or fluent in their mother tongue of the state for which they are applying.
