You can choose to work in the Indian Air Force or join any private airlines. For joining Air Force start preparing for the CDS exam. Male candidates who are not over 23 years old can apply. Along with being physically and mentally fit you should also be unmarried. If you have completed graduation you can apply for the next exam scheduled in September. The application forms are available till 2nd July. If you are opting for the private firms then register yourself for the CPL course.

    Hey friend,

To become a Pilot is a good opinion and for that you need to write the entrance exam and the entrance exam which you can write are:

    >> CDS - Combined Defence Service

    >> AFCAT - Air Force Common Admission Test

These exams offers you to join in Indian Air Force.

As you are B.Tech you can write these exams as regarding the education qualfication needed for the exams and there are certain other criteria's which you need to satisfy and they are:

    For CDS:

Candidate need to be a citizen of India and must be a unmarried male candidate.

The age limit for joining in Indian Air Force is that the candidate must have 19-23 years

Education qualification needed for joining in IAF is that the candidate must have completed a degree with physics and mathematics as subjects.

Candidate should also be physically fit.

    For AFACT:

Candidate need to be a citizen of India Gro.

For Ground Duty Branch, the candidate need to have 20-27 years of age.

The candidate should have the PG or Bachelor degree in any subject with at least 60% aggregate marks.

For Flying Branch candidate must have the B.E / B.Tech degree or a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% aggregate marks and must have 19-23 years of age.

If you are satisfying these criteria's for the respected exam, then you can apply for that exam
