    To become an IAS officer , first you will have to give the primarily exam than Main exam and after that you will have to Face Interview.
    To sit in the exam,you need to fullfill the given criteria.

    Age Limit- 21 to 30 for general and relaxation for other category.

    Educational Qualifications-Candidate must complete their graduation with any stream from any recognised university.
    General category candidates have 4 attempts.
    OBC have 7 and SC/ST has no Limit.

    Salary of a IAS Officer is approximate not less than 40,000.

    How to Become IAS Officer :

    IAS Stands for Indian Administrative Service and to become IAS Officer you have to apply for the UPSC Civil services examination. This examination is conducted by UPSC Every year in two Phases : Preliminary examination and Main examination.

    Preliminary examination is also called CSAT Examination. CSAT Stands for Civil services aptitude test. There are 2 Papers in this examination and both are of same marks and duration, the examination is Objective Type, If you cracked this examination only then you are eligible to apply for Main examination. Main examination is Descriptive and You have to choose the subjects for Main examination On the basis of your Graduation degree course.

    To apply for this examination, you have to fulfill these given Eligiblity Criteria :

    >> You Must have complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University, Final year graduate candidates are also apply for CSAT Examination.

    Hi..
    First, complete the graduation. Then look for advertisement of UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION which will advertise for Civil Services. You have to compete at 3 levels.

    Level 1 : Prelims : One Optional and General Studies
    (Objective)

    Level 2: Mains : If you are successful in prelims, you will be called for Mains. 2 Optional and General Studies (Subjective)

    Level 3: If you are successful in Mains, you will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Interview.

    This is an arduous task. This requires highly disciplined approach towards the studies, developing analytical thinking on the current topics.

    first of all you became an IAS officer.

    eligibility:

    1) any degree

    2) age 21-30

    salary detail:

    Junior Scale:

    Pay Band: Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 5400

    Senior Scales:

    Pay Band: Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 6600

    An IAS Officer is promoted to the Senior Time Scale usually after 7-9 years of service.

    If you want to become I.A.S officer then you have to pass the graduation in any stream you want from the recognized university.

    I.A.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.
    Eligibility criteria:-
    >pass the graduation from recognized university.

    For OBC category :- 21-33year
    For ST/SC category:-21-37 year

    Hi ,
    To become a IPS officer, you must have possess a bachelor degree from a recognised university and your age should between 21 to 30 years.
    The UPSC conducts the exam 2 times in year, the examination is known as CSAT examination. Firstly you have to appear for CSAT examination,
    This exams is also called preliminery examination and after clear this exam you are eligible for main examination. The general candidates will
    gets 4 attempts in this examination and the upper age relaxation is only applicable for SC, ST and for OBC Candidates. So you can choose any
    course or specilisation because you need only bachelor degree to appear in this examination.

    Hi,

    To become IAs , you have to clear Civil service exam conducted by UPSC.
    You have to be among top 100 to be able to choose IAS cadre.

    Eligibility:

    The candidate must be a citizen of India.
    The candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years of age.
    The candidates must have finished their degree from a recognized university.
    The candidate can apply for the exam while doing their final degree exams.

    Age Criteria:

    1. for general category the age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of filling the form.
    2. For SC/ST student the upper age relaxation is 5 years.
    3. For OBC student the upper age relaxation is 3 years and for PD candidate the upper age relaxation is 10 years.

    There are two to three stages to appear for the exam, first of all you need to appear for
    Preliminary Test
    The you have to appear for
    Mains exam
    and in the end you have appear for the interview.

    To become an IAS its like a 1 or 2 years long marathon of studies then you have chances to succeed.

    IAS:Indian Administrative Service.UPSC will hold the IAS exam every year.
    The exam is conducted in 2 phases namely

    • Preliminary examination
    • Main examination.

    After clearing the preliminary examination you an go for Main examination.

    Preliminary examination has 2 papers.Which is conducted in Objective type.

    The main examination consist of 9 papers.This is descriptive paper.

    After cracking the main examination you can go for final interview and then become a IAS officer.
