you did not mention that what you have done in study.
according to your query it is seem that you have done graduation degree or you are doing graduation degree.
To become CA you have to complete graduation first.
you have some criteria to become CA:
you have to complete graduation degree with 60% marks. After that you can direct take admission in CA.
but first you have check that you have not register yourself for CA in ICAI.
if you have register yourself then you can not take direct admission in CA.
you have to give CPT entrance exam first after clear that exam then you will take admission in IPCC.
After that you will do articalship then you will give final exam.
After clear all exam you will become chartered accountant.

    good luck

It's a good decision to become a CA after degree.
It's a good news for you , since you are a graduate you are exempted from the ca cpt test provided if you are a commerce graduate with 55% or a non commerce graduate with 60%or more.
You can directly appear for the CA IPCC exam.

I think you have completed your graduation. As you are Interested to do the CA course. So I would like to tell you that,You don't have to give the CA-CPT examination.
Now you have to Appear in the examination which is known as IPCC.It is an entrance examination conducted by the ICAI, For the students who are Interested to do the CA course. For this If you are belonging from the Commerce back ground then you have to score at least 50% marks in your graduation aggregate.Or If you are belonging from the non commerce background, then you have to score at least 55% marks in your graduation aggregate.

And after successfully cracking this entrance examination, You have to go for the CA-FINALS examination. And after successfully passing this one you can complete your Charted accountancy course.

Simply , you have to register for CA levels conducts for CA .

After degree , if you are Commerce stream Gradaute then you need 55 % to direct register in second level of Ca that is IPCC , without entering in CPT entrusted level test . And for For NON commerce it needs 60 % to direct register.

The CA consists three levels if you have less than above mentioned percentage then you have to first register for CPT , after passing CPT you are allowed to register in IPCC and after IPCC for Final of CA.
