    Dear friend.
In my view there id only one way in order of you to get into the Indian defence service and that is through the Armed Forces Medical college in maharashtra.
It conducts various exams for the courses like MBBS, MD, DM Etc...Also you can get through the indian defence as a doctor too after completing your course from this college.
It conducts an exam for the MBBS Course for which the notification cones somewhere in march and the exam held in april to may. For this you have to be a 12th pass candidate with atleast 60% marks in physics, chemistry and biology and have separately passed in the english or any other language exam. Also you have to be maximum 25 years of age while writing the exam.
The exam of AFMC Is very popular in terms of its medical fitness test. so be prepared with the eyesight, hearing, stature,etc...
So you must crack this exam and complete your MBBS And then go with MD After which your chances of entering into the army as an officer increases many folds

    Good luck
