For joining the field of Aerospace it is important that the candidates have the good knowledge of the field and also experience too. Since you are pursuing B.Tech currently it is important that you take a Masters too in this field. This will give you better chance of securing a job in ISRO. You can pursue an M.Tech course from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing. IIT Mumbai and Kharagpur are also two reputed institutes imparting training in this field. Also there are institutes like IISST, MIT and Punjab Engineering College which offer Masters course. If you plan to work in NASA you have two options. Try to study in universities in US like in West Virginia, Houston, Buffalo etc. Gain work experience and try to get into NASA. The other option is join reputed institutes like IIT, gain experience in this field and then try to get into NASA.

As to become an aerospace engineer in organizations like NASA or ISRO candidates need to have in-depth knowledge about the field. Mostly in these organization candidates with prior experience in the relevant field are preferred. As you are pursuing B.Tech, make sure to pass the course with good marks. Later on, go for an M.Tech course. Make sure you do your post graduation from a reputed college like IIT or NIT etc. You can also go for an M.Tech program from institutes like IIRS. For admission to IRS you need to appear in the ISAT entrance exam. There are many other well known institutions like IISST, MIT etc which offer M.Tech courses. This will give you a better chance to join ISRO. If you want to try your luck with NASA then, you have mainly two options. You can do your masters in good universities abroad, preferably in the US and gain relevant work experience. Or the second option is to join institutions like IIT’s for Masters and gain experience in aerospace engineering. After this try and get into NASA.

Aerospace engineering students have a scope of getting jobs in ISRO, DRDO, HAL etc.
All these government organizations have there own entrance exam and they will give notification when they want to join new candidates.
Just watch for the opportunity and apply for the above organizations.

NASA doesn't allow any candidate to recruit in any post who are from other countries. If you have taken a citizenship there then no problem.
First of all, you apply for INDIAN ORGANIZATIONS like ISRO, DRDO etc after that you may get a chance of going abroad to work in such organizations.

You need to presue B.Tech and later on M.Tech in that field you have chosen later on attend the interviews conducted in NASA or ISRO
