IGRUA was started to create development in the standards of flying and ground training of commercial pilots in India. The training is done by highly qualified ground instructors and flying experts having great experience in the aviation field. The duration of the course ranges from 15 to 18 months. To apply for the course, the candidates should have passed 12th with Physics, English, Mathematics, and Chemistry. They are required to score a minimum of 55% marks in 12th. The lower age limit is 17 years. The application form can be downloaded from the IGRUA website. The admission process is done on the basis of the marks secured in the entrance test. There will be Pilot Aptitude Test (WOMBAT) followed by Viva and Interview.
