    Yes it will obviously affect your Future.

    So it is better for to overcome from your backlogs.

    See if you have backpaper regarding with your next semester than you have a lot burden than you have to clear your previous semester papers also .
    So workhard towards your study and passout your back papers.

    there will be no matter in backlog in college.

    *) there are many students who have many arrears and got job in reputed company. this is because they have knowledge in depth in the subjects.

    *) so, you prepare yourself for placement by studying basics of your engineering course.

    *) then, concentrate in the other courses for your engineering course which are offered by private institutions.

    ***)there is many in this world, especially for engineering students. so, don't give up confidence.

    Yes of course..

    Many of the companies recruit's candidates with no history of arrears.

    But any how,You should be very strong in your area of interest you mentioned in your resume..
