Which has good scope among ME, MS and MBA?

my son is now doing final year B.E.-ECE in anna university chennai. his gpa is 8.6. He has passed CCNA and CCNP part 1 & 2 exams, and also preparing for the CAT EXAMS. He is performing well in the written exams and is selected for GD ,but he is not selected from the GD. I think his performance in the GD is not that good.He is a very hard working and devoted fellow .
Now i want to know what can we do further.-which feild he can chose -whether M.E, OR M.S. OR MBA. WHICH HAS THE BEST SCOPES- which job will suit to him-i want his future to be bright. and i am very much worried that i have spoiled his future. kindly help and advise
