As you are an intermediate, you can apply for the entry-level jobs in Government or private sector. Practice the routine of reading employment papers for knowing about the vacancies in the same. Apply for the various openings in public or private sector. You may have to attend written tests and personal interview for getting Government sector jobs. If you wish an employment in the private sector, you can enter the same through direct recruitment. You can also apply for Clerical jobs in banks. Most of the banks require 60% marks in 10+2 course. Better, pursue graduate programs or any job-oriented programs for career advancements.

    Re: Guidance regarding career path

Since you have not mentioned the stream you pursued during the 12th standard it is difficult to identify your area of interest. Basically it is a must you must choose the course which will help you achieve the career goal. It is important to plan in the beginning itself so that there are no hindrances in the same. First of it will be good if you complete your graduation at least. If you could complete post graduation the career opportunities would be much more. So you can choose between the common areas like science, commerce and arts. In Science you can go for Engineering, Medicine, B.Sc etc. In Arts stream too there are a lot of options like Psychology, History, Literature etc. Other than this if you are more of a creative person then areas like Interior Designing, Fashion Designing too are available. If you would like to work right 12th then you can choose to appear for the exams like Bank Clerical exam, PSC tests etc.

Well it actually depends on, what was your stream in 12th standard i.e, science, commerce, or Arts? Your future track will most probably depend on that. Also, most important question is that whether you want to go for simple graduation where job opportunities will be less or you want to go for a professional degree where job opportunities will be more. Your interest is also important. So kindly mention your stream at 10+2 first then it will be quite easier to comment on the options.

For opting the engineering side you have to be extra ordinary in your studies..
The best thing i would suggest is to do B.Sc. for the science side and B.Com. for the commerce side and then any master degree will make your carrier.
