    IBPS - nstitute of Banking Personnel Selection.

    IBPS conducts a Common Written Exam(CWE) every year to recruit
    Probationary Officers(PO's)
    Clerks

    Application form details:

    Application Fee is Rs.50/- for SC/ST and for others it is 350/-
    And this payment can be done in Offline or Online.
    You must download the call letter and Information Handout from IBPS website after date of publishing.It wont be sent through the post.

    After Common Written Examination, the IBPS will be given a scorecard for qualifying candidates in CWE, Which will be valid for one year from the date of issue of the scorecards.

    Application fee :
    450/- for all the other candidates
    50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates

    Exam pattern:


    Written Test Pattern:

    CWE(Common Written Exam)will be of Objective type and Objective questions consists a

    total of 250 marks and should be written in 150 Mins.
    The various components of written exam are as follows:

    - Reasoning carries 50questions for 50marks
    - English Language carries 50questions for 25marks
    - Numerical Ability carries 50questions for 50marks
    - General Awareness related to Banking Industry carries 50questions 50marks
    - Computer Knowledge carries 50question 50marks

    Eligibility:

    You must have min.60% in tenth OR

    min.55% in your Inter OR pass in degree from any recognized University of India.

    Your age should be between 18-28 years
    - For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation
    - For BC relaxation set as 3 years.
    - For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years.

    You have mentioned that you have completed your higher secondary and are interested in appearing for IBPS(Institute of Banking
    personnel selection) common written examinations.Actually after just completing your higher secondary, you are eligible for
    only clerical posts(Bank clerk) and not for other higher level examinations for example banking probational officers examination.
    So, in my opinion you should firstly complete your graduation , so that you become eligible to apply for higher level posts.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for both PO position and Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.Once go through following eligibility criteria;

    >>For clerical cadre position,then you must be having at least 55% of marks from your Intermediate from recognized board.Your age should be between 18 to 28 yrs.

    >>For PO position then you must be having at least 50% of marks in your graduation from recognized university and 5% relaxation is available for SC and ST candidates.Your age should be between 18 yrs to 28 yrs.

    If you satisfy above eligibility criteria then You can apply for IBPS common written exam.

    Hello Pulkit

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a common examining board for 19 public sector Banks in India to recruit young meritorious aspirants into banking sector for various posts
    1. PO's/Management Trainee and
    2. Clerks.


    IBPS through common written exam (CWE) selects the aspirants for the different posts twice in a year, based on the valid IBPS score you can apply for the interview called by any of the 19 public sector banks.

    IBPS score card received will be valid for one year and you can apply for the respective post as per bank notification and eligibility requirements.

    Generally IBPS CWE conducted twice in a year for each cadre and you can attempt any exam without restriction in attempts, to apply for the IBPS exam it set different eligibility criteria for each cadre.

    You completed your 10+2 with 60% marks, you can appear for IBPS CWE for clerk cadre. Along with educational background you can also satisfy the age.

    your age must be minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years, there is an age relaxation for different category's as per the government norms

    SC/ST - 5 years
    BC - 3 years
    Ex-service personnel - 5 years
    Widow - 7 years
    PH - 10 years


    So friend with your educational background you are eligible only for the above said cadre, and for PO's cadre different educational qualification required that is you must have degree certificate.

    Hello

    Institute of banking and personnel selection conducts exam for the cleru and p.o posts in the 19 banks throughout India.

    As you have completed the 12th standard you are eligible for the clerk posts but for the p.o posts you need to complete graduation.


    The Eligibility details of the CLERK exam is as follow:

    • Candidates must have completed graduation 10th or 12th standard with atleast 55% of marks.
    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • The maximum age allowed is 30 years.
    • Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.
    • 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
    • 3 years for OBC candidates.
    • 10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

    The above mentioned are the details of the clerk exam.

    Concentrate on the following topics.
    APTITUDE
    MATHEMATICS

    IBPS stands for Institute for banking personnel selection.IBPS should conducts the IBPS exam seperetly for bank PO and clerk.

    Here 19 banks are participating.If you crack the IBPS PO examination then they can give the score card.That score card is valid for one year for issuing date.


    Bank jobs are in hot demand these days.The banking sectors should conducts the exams in follwoing positions like......

    Clerical postion
    Probatinary officers.

    Here is the required eligiblity criteria for Clerk POst:

    one should have complete your 12th/Intermediate/its eqivilent degrre froma ny recognized university/board with 55% of marks.
    The percenatge criteria should be varied from one bank to another.

    As pe age criteria,
    -A candidate of general category should be in the age group of 18-28 years to be eligible for this exam.

    Here is the required eligiblity criteria for PO POst:

    one should have complete your Graduation with any stream from any recognized university.
    The candidates who are pursuing the final garduation course are also eligible for to apply for bank PO exams but they should be able to show theproof of passing in graduation when they appear for interview.

    As pe age criteria,
    -A candidate of general category should be in the age group of 21-30 years to be eligible for this exam.
