    Give the complete information about UPSC exam. How should I get prepared for UPSC exams?

    hello
    plz give me all information about upsc exam, i am a stdnt. of 12 sci. so plz tell me how should i prepare for upsc exam?

    UPSC Stands for Union Public Service Comission and it conducts many examinations like Civil Services, Engineering Services, CDS, NDA, SCRA Examination, IFS Examination and Many other Examination.

    Eligibility Criteria are different for exam to exam.

    But after Passing 12Th examination Students are eligible to apply for UPSC Examination.

    For Civil Services Examination -

    If your aim is to become IPS, IAS Officer then you can apply for this examination and any graduate passed candidates are eligible to apply for this examination, the examination was held in two stages, Preliminary examination and Main examination.

    Firstly yo have to cracked the Preliminary examination and then you are eligible to sit in main examination. But if your age should between 21 to 30 years, only then you can apply for this examination.

    For NDA Examination -

    Intermediate Passed candidates are eligible to apply for this examination, but your age should between 16.5 to 19 years and make sure that your age should not be more than 19 years at the time of training otherwise you are not eligible to apply for this examination.

    For SCRA Examination -

    12Th passed candidates with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination are eligible to apply for this examination.

    But your age should between 17 to 21 Years, Graduate candidates are also apply for this examination.

    For CDS Examination -

    For CDS Examination you need to be a graduate, Eligiblity criteria are vary form post to post. But for Indian Military Academy and OTA you need to be a graduate in any discipline form a recognised University.

    Eligible candidates may fill the online application form by visit the UPSC website, The application form are also availiable in the designated post offices in India, you can also obtained form there.

    Hello Friend

    UPSC ( Union Public Service Commission ) is the government examining body which will be recruited the young aspirants of Indian in to various Government jobs like

    1. Civil services
    2. Indian Forest service
    3. Indian Engineering service
    4. Indian Economic / Statistical service
    5. Geologist
    6. Special Class Railway Apprentices
    7. ( NDA ) National Defense Academy
    8. ( CDS ) Combined Defense service
    9. Combined Medical service
    10. Section officers / Stenographers
    11. Central Police Force
    12. RIMC ( Rashtriya Indian Military College )

    NDA and CDS exams are held twice in a year if you want to apply for the examination then you can proceed through filling of the application form through offline mode by getting it from Post office only.

    In Online application mode you can go through the following link www.upsconline.nic.in.

    - for NDA entrance the minimum education eligibility is 12th standard where if you had completed 12th in any stream can join in Indian Military service or completed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as your subjects then you can also eligible to apply Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.

    - for remaining cadre posts there will be minimum Degree as your qualification to apply,

    civil services - any Degree so that you can apply for All India services, Central and State services examination.

    IES
    - you must have completed your Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Communication, Electrical ).

    Forest Services - you must have Bachelors Degree in any of the following streams ( Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture, Forestry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics )

    Economic services - you must have Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Degree from any university.

    Geology - you must have Master's Degree in Geology or Diploma of Associate ship in Applied Geology.

    SCRA - you must have 10+2 for section A & B or Degree in Mathematics, Physics.

    CMS - you must have passed M.B.B.S examination.

    CDS - you must have Degree so that you can go for IMA ( Indian Military Academy ), OTA ( Officers Training Academy ), and for INA ( Indian Naval Academy ), IAF ( Indian Air Force Academy ) you must have Bachelors Degree in Mathematics or Physics.

    UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and it is conducts various examination every year and you have to apply for the examination as per your Eligibility. UPSC Conducts various examination like:

    ~~ Civil services examination
    ~~ SCRA (Special class Railway Apprentices)
    ~~ National Defence Academy
    ~~ Combined Defence Academy
    ~~ Indian Engineering Services
    ~~ Indian Forest Service Examination
    ~~ Combined Medical Examination
    ~~ Central Police Force Exam.

    If you have completed your Intermediate examination then you are eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA Examination as well as NDA Examination.

    To apply for NDA Examination you have to complete your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects, and your age should between 16.5 to 19 years. The Notification of NDA Examination will be published in the employment newspaper twice, eligible candidates may fill the application form online only. But for this year NDA (II) Examination last date to apply was already over.

    You can also eligible for SCRA Examination, this examination is also conducted by UPSC Every year and to apply for this examination you have to complete your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects and your age should not be more than 21 years. For this year SCRA Examination was already completed.

    Please prepared well for UPSC Examination as per the pattern and syllabus. The pattern of the examination is available in the UPSC Official website.Only then you will be able to cracked this examination. The selection criteria is very tough, you have to cracked the written examination followed by personal Interview.

    UPSC:
    Union public service commision conducts so many examination for recruitment of candidate in government sector.
    The examinations conducted by UPSC are:
    civil services examination(IPS,IAS)
    SCRA
    CDS
    NDA
    IFS
    and so many other examination for different different services.
    The eligibility criteria and educational qualification fro each and every examination is differ from each other.
    So before applying for any of examination which is held by UPSC you should take knowledge of each examination.
    For civil services examination:
    educational qualification-:
    graduation degree in any stream from recognized university.
    And age should be between 21 years to 30 years.
    For reserved category age relaxation is given by central government rules.
    For SCRA examination:
    12th pass with maths,physics and chemistry.
    For CDS:
    graduation degree from recognized university and
    age limit:
    must attained 21 years and not more than 30 years.
    For NDA:
    age limit:16 to 19 years.
    10th or 12th passed from science stream.
    So for each and every examination the qualifications are differ.
    Upsc examination is a good path for getting job in government sector.

    EXAMINATION:


    >>The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill
    all eligibility conditions for admission to examination.

    >>Their admission to all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to
    satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

    >>Mere issue of admission certificate to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission.

    PLAN OF EXAMINATION :
