If we talk about other options , you can also go for B.C.A , BBA, B.Com or pursue honors in specific subject of your choice , for example chemistry( hons.).

Well you can have your own choices , But most of Students studying with these subjects uses basically go for technical courses . Engineering(B.Tech/B.E) is good option as you have PCM subjects .
you can also go for defense services through navy entry scheme, NDA,Technical entry scheme.
B.S.C can also be a good option for you after 12th class . Basically your PCM subject combination have much power for good carrier, so go for it....

Since you are studying Physics, Chemistry and Maths the best choice would be to pursue engineering. There are various options in this stream itself. You have options like going in for electronics and communication, mechanical, electrical etc. If you are creative person by nature then architecture is an option available. You need to appear for the various engineering exam based on the institute that you plan to join. The next option available is to go for BCA. 1.you can go for B.Tech by writing EAMCET entrance exam after intermediate ,it is for 160 marks , but qualification marks is 40 , if you get 75 and above marks you can get good colleges ,40 marks for chemistry ,40 marks for physics and remaining 80 marks for maths . without negative marking .
2.AIEEE is also like EAMCET , if you got seat in AIEEE you can get in IIT's and NIIT's ,but in these negative marking is there .(these is also for B.Tech)
3.if you have interest in management side you can go for B.Com honors it is 3 years course , after these yu can go for CA or MBA .

if you get good percentage in B.Tech you can get a job in MNC's but minimum percentage is 70 and above . . . . .
