there are lot of options for you as a biology students. you can study B. Pharm. thats a good field. or you can take B.Sc. biotechnology or Micro biology or Marine science.
if you studied maths along with Biology means you can go for Marine engineering as well as Nautical sciences.

U can take any degree in life sciences like B.Sc., B. Pharm., do a major in botany or zoology and do the P.Hd in the same.. profession wise u can become a scientist or a professor in your field. In engineering u can Biotechnology and continue in the same for masters. you can also do B.Sc., biotech and excel in that field. Good luck!

If you do a biology based degree there are many careers opening to that (e.g. lab work, scientific journalism... etc...) but bare in mind that doing chemistry always helps with doing biology. In fact, I know some biology-related degrees will require you to take a chemistry module if you have not done A level chemistry; so it of course helps if you have already done it - I would recommend chemistry as it aids your logical understanding of biology.

Physics doesn't tend to go hand in hand with biology as much so I wouldn't consider it as important to be honest if you wanted to pursue a career in biology. As for biology-related jobs without a degree I'm afraid I can't help out as I don't have as much knowledge on that.

Well if you are interested in Biology and wish to do a course related to biology but not medical than there are some very good option for this.

BIO-CHEMISTRY : Biochemistry is a combination between chemistry and biology. It provides a means if investing virtually all biological problems at the molecular level and seeks to answer questions such as : How is food metabolised? Why do some substances threaten our environment?

MICROBIOLOGY : You can go in to Microbiology if you want to focus into prevetion and treatment of diseases. In microbiology you will be studying about fungi viruses, protists and bacteria.

BIOTECHNOLOGY : Biotechnology grew from professional training programmes for engineering, technology and medicines and relates to each other in finding the biological process of microbes in animals including human beings and plants.

GENETICS : Deals with the sloution of structure of DNA. Over the past 20years genetic study has advanced rapidly and expanded on a number of frontiers. Genetic studies has uncovered the genes associated with many human diseases and allowed us to know how genes control development and function of human body.

I think you must have made your mind in which filed you would like to go on?. All the above fields are in much demand in India and in other countries and all the above subjects are related to biology but are different from medical field.
