    Both are good streams as far as scope of both concern

    as finance stream concerns u with finance sectors as calculations documentation work

    where hr concerns with people oriented, managment of outer infrastructure

    go for that stream which gives u work satisfaction,,it will proove better for u in future

    choice of specialisation should be on basis of your interest and aptitute.do you find solving human conflicts challengings,and have skills of motivating
    other people then go for HR or it is buisness profit and loss graph that fascinates you.so select as per your interest.

    There is no such special grade to the MBA candidate. All the MBA candidate has the same scope because all the MBA has the same level of job.
    It is not related to the stream but it is related to how you are working in that particular field it is very important.
    So work well and get the opportunities as possible. You have the chance to get the high salary for the work you have done

    Dear friend,
    Up to today's trend more scope is given to MBA in Finance rather than MBA in Human Resource.
    Since a company need a few number of HR's rather than a greater number of Finance Executives which gives a greater scope to MBA in Finance.
    But consider your own interest.
    Take a good decision.

    According to me HR (HUMAN RESOURCES) has more scope on future than Finance because it is a good field and everyone prefers it than any other specialization.

    HUMAN RESOURCES:

    Human Resource Management is specialized function dedicated to the entire activities of concerning people.
    Very broadly, the Human Resource Management area can be divided into three areas.

    1)Plant Personnel

    The activities include recruitment, payrolls, appraisals, administration, and all matters
    concerned with the workers' union. Plant Personnel in HR can be considered
    equivalent to an exposure to Sales in the area of Marketing.

    2)Corporate Personnel

    Encompasses all HR activities in the corporate set-up. The employees here include all managerial and
    supervisory staff. Policy making for the entire organization is one of the important contributions of Corporate
    Personnel.

    3)HRD:

    This encompasses all strategic issues concerning HR. These strategic issues deal with a long-term vision of
    the organization in areas like recruitment, staffing, organization structure, work environment, employee retention,
    and a host of other activities. An HR professional graduates to top management responsibilities in about 8 to 10
    years or more based on the size of a company.

    Skills needed in this area are :


    * Ability to understand and deal with people of all levels
    * Ability to cope with unstructured situations
    * And the person should have the 4 Cs
    1)Creativity
    2)Calmness
    3)Conceptually sound
    4)Convincing ability

    Both Finance and HR have good scope and are different kind of branches entirely.
    Personally I think Finance has more jobs scope and growth as compared to HR field.
    But this is what i think. Your selection should be based on your intrest in the subject
    and not others opinion. If you are good at numbers and have good logical and reasoning
    skills, these skills will be utilised in Finance. Finance is a very vast field and after
    doing MBA in finance you will have large number of opportunities in Banking, Insurance,
    Investment firms, Broking Firms, Finance companies and in any private company as any
    organisation in this world needs finances to run and to manage those and keep track of it
    finance people are required.
    Whereas HR is a branch which has evolved and gained momentum slowly during the few past
    years. Every company nowdays invest a amount in HR department. HR people are responsible
    for framing the company policies while keepin the best employee welfare in mind.They are
    responsible for keeping the organisation structure and employees in such a way so the
    maximum return can be extruded out on the investment on the employees.If you are good
    at interpersonal skills and have the skills to meet the company's goal through it's workforce
    you can go for HR. But in HR the initial growth is low. You will get bigger and better
    opportunities only after spending a considerable amount of time in this field.

    The demand of mba is on the top level ,every wants to mba after their graduation and mba has so many streams but here we have to choice that which one best now days either finance or hr.so derr dude the mba students have equal job only their stream is change so its depends on your specialization that in which field u are perfect.so in my opinion both are equql and have equql earning so human resource and finance both are best.thanku.
