    Network Administrator(NA) :


    NA is a person responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network.
    A network consists of a grouping of computers that communicate with each other or a central computer known as a server, on which computer files, programs, and other information are stored. A network may be as small as two or three computers or as large as the Internet, the world's largest computer network. This network is totally manage by the Network Admin..!



    The following are few certificate courses for Network Admin :
    • Microsoft
    • Novell
    • CompTIA
    • Red Hat
    • Juniper
    • Cisco
    • CSNA


    Network Administrators also control user access to the network. This includes setting up passwords for individual users and determining which files, programs, or features each person is allowed to use. The administrator must also create a firewall - a set of security measures designed to make sure that no one can gain unauthorized access to the system...!!

    System Administrator(SA) :


    SA is a person employed to maintain and operate a computer system and/or network.
    System admin does the following works:

    Performing backups.
    Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
    Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
    Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
    Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users.
    Responsibility for security.
    Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.

    Systems administrators usually work in offices but may also travel nationally and internationally to attend conferences and seminars.



    Equipment systems administrators may use includes:
    • A variety of computer software and hardware
    • General office equipment
    • Hand-held tools and testing equipment that may be highly specialised
    • Technical manuals.

    Difference between System Administration and Network Administration:

    • This course is main responsibilities for install, support and maintain servers or other computer systems plan and other related problems.
