    Hi friend,

    MS(MASTER IN SCIENCE) is a postgraduate academic master's degree awarded by universities in a large number of countries.

    At first ,you need to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in your b.tech.
    then you need to take up GRE & TOEFL exams which must be qualified with good score in order to get admission into any US University.

    The fee for MS in US can range from $35,000-$55,000(means about 18,00,000 to 20,00,000 rs ) for 2 years.You may get scholarship to reduce the burden of fee. If you can afford this then you can go for MS in US.

    Hope this information helps you.
    Thanks....

    -> take 5 - 10 that accepts your score in the GRE exam and make sure that your course is accredited( your standards should meet the prescribed academic standards.)
    and documents to be sent are:
    ->a copy of your GRE/TOEFL/GMAT/IELTS Score..
    ->bachelors degree certificate
    ->statement of purpose
    ->affidavit
    ->work experience or study certificate
    ->copy of first and last page of your visa-passport
    ->1 recommendation letter from three lecturers
    ->proofs of all extra curricular certificates
    ->demand draft/bank cheque for application fee
    -> statement of purpose...
    -> transcripts of your bachelor degree..
    some of the top colleges are :
    *Massachusetts Institute of Technology
    *Stanford University

    Re: Which exams should I take to study MS in US? What is the fee structure for it?

    HELLO REVANTH
    It is exactly right time for you to prepare yourself for M.S.As you already know U.S is the best option for doing m.s. now let me give you a clear picture regarding what all exams you will have to appear for it :

    ENTRANCE EXAMS FOR M.S :

    GRE EXAM :

    GRE – GRADUATE RECORD EXAM
    • It is very essential to get a seat in the university.
    • Based on your GRE score some of the universities gives scholarship provided they have funds.
    • GRE mainly tests your elementary skills in mathematics and English vocabulary.
    • This at-least requires a solid preparation of 2 months.
    • Ideally anything above 1100 is considered to be a good score.

    TOEFL EXAM :

    TOEFL – TEST OF ENGLISH AS FOREIGN LANGUAGE
    • It is a compulsory exam for all the international students whose national language is other than English.
    • This mainly tests your communication skills and looks at whether the student is able to understand their language or not.
    • Usually the university has a minimum cut off marks of at-least 80 in the ibt exam and ideally anything above 90 is considered to be a good score. Based on TOEFL scores only Teaching Assistantship or some good on campus jobs are given.
    Coming to your next question, about the fee structure. Here are the following details regarding fees:

    M.S :- For education in U.S you need to have minimum of 16 years of education. The fee details are the following :

    For 2 years it ranges from :- 35,000$ to 55,000$ depends on the university you prefer.

    HOPE THIS HELPED YOU…….ALL THE BEST………….
